This allows for global management and proactive care which enables First Call, First Alert capabilities for all patents who suffer from this chronic disease. Our Solution has the capabilities to expand and expound on the data which allows us to elaborate on the data sets with more possible formats which allows us to manipulate simple data into more critical outputs. Our tools allows us to expand on other chronic diseases for expansion and data exploration.
